Internationella beställningar skickas med Postnord spårbart med spårningsnummer och det aktuella fasta priset är 125 kr.
Yael & the bags ansvarar inte för förlust av föremål vid frakt eller om föremålet har spårning men inte hittas av mottagaren. När en vara har lämnat vår anläggning är den i händerna på Postnord och alla efterföljande åtgärder måste vidtas med lokala postanläggningar.
Non-collected items
If a delivered package is not collected due to incorrect address/unclaimed/etc we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
All pre- made items will ship within a 5 business days of purchasing. Custom made items take 2-6 weeks to make and will be shipped within a 7 business days of completion.
