Shipping

All items are shipped from Sweden through Postnord and their My Pack Home Small which is traceable and will be either delivered to your door or to the nearest post office. The current fixed domestic price is 79 Sek.

International orders are shipped with Postnord traceable tracking number and the current fixed price is 125 Sek.

Yael & the bags is not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but item is not found by recipient. Once the item has left our facility, it is in the hands of Postnord and all following action will need to be taken with local post facilities.

Non-collected items 

If a delivered package is not collected due to incorrect address/unclaimed/etc we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.

All pre- made items will ship within a 5 business days of purchasing. Custom made items take 2-6 weeks to make and will be shipped within a 7 business days of completion.
