Return policy

If you wish to make a return, please send me an e-mail at info@yaelandthebags.com with your name, adress, e-mail adress, the order number and a specification of which item/s the return relates to.

You have 14 days to contact me for making a return after you have received your order. 

Only returns of unused, undamaged goods are accepted. 

Ship the item/s for return within 7 days of the date of the notification.

You are responsible for any damage occurred on items during the return shipment. I therefore recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.

If possible, please provide me with a tracking number for the return shipment.

If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. I am not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.

If the product is used or damaged, I reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

There are exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Examples of goods and services for which the right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • A service that has been fully performed and where the consumer has expressly consented to the service being commenced without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that are custom made according to the consumer's instructions or that have a clear personal touch.
  • Repair services initiated by the consumer and where the consumer has expressly requested that the repair service be performed during the withdrawal period. However, the consumer does not need to expressly confirm the absence of the right of withdrawal.
